I bought my husband a Samsung C7000 3d LCD tv for Christmas and decided to upgrade our receiver at the same time. I ordered the Pioneer VSX1120 from Best Buy and had my college-age son try to hook it up. After hours of his time and my own, we could not get a peep of sound out of any source. I called Pioneer and they ran through some trouble shooting with me and concluded that our unit probably had a defective internal amp. I returned it to Best Buy that no longer carries the 1120. I ordered the same unit through Amazon, received it today and had it set up and running in about an hour. We have the cable box and BD connected to the Pioneer via HDMI. The Pioneer connects to the Samsung's HDMI #2 to enable ARC. Video works and sounds plays nicely through the Pio. The Samsung is connected to the Internet via an Ethernet connection. My question: how do I get the Internet Radio features from the Samsung (e.g. Pandora) to play through the Pioneer? Have mercy on my lack of knowledge...I am an amateur! Thanks.
