I'm interested in any views/advice on the following :
I have used the Runco vx 4000d in the UK for about 4 years - (it was already
installed in the house we moved to). Its been pretty good except for increasingly short lamp duration and replacement lamps in UK are at least $1600.
Also Runco don't have any centres in the UK and it would have to be sent to Germay for repair or service.
What replacement projector from a less expensive brand would be easy to fit to provide similar performance.
