I am just about to buy my first projector with the main intention of using it with my macbook pro. I know that the mini display jack on the laptop can push audio to HDMI, but only with the correct adapter.
Any suggestions on a good inexpensive adapter for this purpose? The 2 brands sold by apple are about 40$ each, but searching around amazon looks like there are other alternatives, I just was hoping to find someone with personal experience who could attest to one product or anthers ability to push sound through the hdmi.
