How does the Panasonic S2 compare to the PZ700U

I have had a Panasonic 50 PZ700U for 3 years and I am still satisified with it other than the size. I think that the picture is still great and I have had zero issues with it. There are good buys on the 58" S2 now and I was wondering if the S2 is as good or better than the PZ700U. I realize that the sound on the S2 will not be as good as the PZ. I am just curious about the PQ quality and other issues that the S2 might have. Thanks for any info.
