A few features:

3.1 system
Around 32in long.
3 x HDMI in, 1 x HDMI out, 1 x RCA Audio in, 4 x AV in, 2 x Optical in, 1 x Coaxial in, 1 x USB/iPod in, 2 x Composite out, 2 x RCA Audio out, 2 x Surround Back Preout (L, R)

European model at the moment. No wireless subwoofer unfortunately and it looks like they took a cue from Sony and put the amplifier and inputs on the back of the subwoofer. It also looks like the subwoofer will need to be visible in order to use the remote.

Can't wait to see when this is introduced to America. I was looking at the YSP-2200, but I will definitely consider the Pioneer system.

I hope that this unit is cheaper than the Yamaha.

It doesn't look good. I emailed Pioneer USA about a possible ETA and this is the response.

Thank you for contacting Pioneer Electronics, Inc.
No, there are no plans to release a sound bar here in the US.
We released the HTP-SB300 back in 2009, it did not sell well here.
