All I'm saying is if there is a driving challenge outside of the USA, the odds are it's going to be manual based on the fact that most out of the USA cars are manual .. IOW, the bulk of the Worlds driving population uses a stick ..
Most teams don't have a problem with it, so they are obviously learning somewhere .. and I would not be surprised, if, like Survivor, the contestants are given an orientation before the challenge which includes driving ..
Worst case, if you can't find a manual anywhere before flying to the first leg of the race, buy a video game simulator and practice on that .. it's a million dollar prize, after all ..
