3D over cat5e/component video/coax

Thread Starter
I am buying a Panasonic TCP54G25 3D TV with a 3D Blu-ray player. My house is pre-wired with a single cat5e, single coax and component video. I also want to connect FiOS, so I assume I will have a receiver to manage the two inputs. Is there a solution that will allow me to use the existing cables and not have to run HDMI through the walls and 20 feet across the room?

There are baluns out there that will transmit HD video over a single cat5e cable. Here's one:

It happens to handle IR and HDMI 1.4a, so that's a really good solution in my opinion.
