You'll need that to tune as low as Paul wanted. I can't recall what Paul recommended, but it's on his site. Just curious why you wouldn't use the extension?

I really hate those ports but that's what was recommended. But next week they're cutting 400 more OS speakers and I'm going to have them make that rear port hole just a little bit bigger so you can assemble to port outside, then put it in the box. It won't leave much bite for the screws, but probably easier to install.

It's not very hard though.

Put the extension on the port and mark the correct length. Then wrap tape on the mark thick enough so that when you slide the extension on, it stops at the tape line. Wipe some glue on the inside of the extension, then slide it on so that it stops at the tape line. Project done.

They're the next thing cut. I just picked up a few hundred flat packs for 3 new designs based around a .5 cu ft box.

Fairly easy answer: If a bunch of designs aren't being cut within 2-3 weeks, look for me at the funny farm......because I'm going to go completely nuts!

Main thing that need to be done immediately would be the subwoofer boxes. Next comes the SEOS flat packs.

But if everything went as planned, there will be a lot of designs ready at about the same time.

Don't take this wrong or anything, because to me it's kind of funny......and I'm not saying this to sound bad at all. But I think cell phones and email have created that instant gratification to the point where if something is not immediate, it feels like it's been ages.


I just checked. Looks like you ordered Friday night at about 6:45pm and the site sends you a notification that the order went through. The earliest I could see your order was Friday night when I got home from work. I've got no problem wrapping things up on Saturday if I've got free time, which I did. That's when I packaged up your 2 Anarchy's, along with 3 other ones, 4 pair of Overnight Sensations, 2 single Overnight Sensation MTM's, and 2 big boxes of other gear for a friend.

Obviously FedEx is closed today (Sunday), which means I'll be dropping them off at FedEx tomorrow right after lunch. That's about as fast as anyone could do it if ordered on Friday night.....even if they had 500 employees.

I actually thought that was pretty darn good.......not even 1 full business day.

But seriously, your comment doesn't bother me because it's happened before.

I've got all of the mdf boxes, but still waiting for the CNC company to finish up the Baltic birch ones. I'm at their mercy on the time frame. They had a bearing go out on their machine a few weeks ago, then after it was fixed the programmer got the flu.

We are small potatoes to them, so they had to get caught up on all their other work before taking on our stuff. I was hoping to get them 2 weeks ago, but looks like the bigger boxes won't start trickling in until next week.
