Hey guys, so I am looking to get a new 2011 tv, I am interested mostly in LG because they have good gaming lag performance and natural colors.
I am considering the upcoming LG 5600/5700 or 6500 series passive 3D sets and read one poster somewhere on these boards mention that he was watching 3D on his 42 inch set (not sure which brand/model) but he noted that it was impossible to really enjoy the 3D since the screen was too small and the effects did not work right with him sitting 7 or 8 feet away..
Anyways, I am not completely sure if LG is even going to release a 42 inch version of those passive sets, I think they start at 47 inches but just wanted to ask if any of you guys have compared other 3D sets and if 42 is indeed too small and not worth the money if you are going for a 3D set..
My viewing environment would be a bedroom, with about 6.5-7ft distance.
