Did you phone Duncan directly? I have had many dealings with him and while he is often slow to reply to emails, a phone call usually gets to the heart of anything.

He gave me a stated time for getting a ld s9 ready and actually told me that there would be a wait. He did not want to take the money up front.
"I would need about a week to get the player assembled, serviced, etc. That would be once payment was made."
Payment was made on Nov 28 (fast approaching 5 months ago).
Interesting that he found the time to do your LD-S9 while this one still sits.
I knew he was continuing to do repairs and sales.
I just can't get an honest answer about what is going on.
I can accept the fact that for whatever reason he can't get the player done.
He obviously has other priorities.
At this point he's just ignoring this obligation and refuses to explain why he doesn't refund the money.
