Not bad, only two weeks behind the UK this time. Normally it is a few months.

In March, there will be an episode showing the new Viper being hot lapped by the Stig.

I really enjoy this show, but you have to know going in that most anything American is JUNK to them. Except that, and all is good. Good comedy for sure. The guys just work well together.

Which is good for a laugh since Jeremy fell in love with and ended up with the Ford GT. Looking forward to seeing the new shows.

I did see the new Viper today at the Portland International Auto Show (Oregon).
VERY impressive...very sexy.cool.gifsmile.gif

I wanted to try out the seats, but SRT had the area within 5 ft. of the car roped off.
And FWIW, I doubt it was an actual 100% production car.

The Ford GT is nothing to sneeze at.
In spite of being a little heavy and a little down in HP, the chassis is, essentially, a racecar.
If Ford had upped the boost to produce another 100 HP and 100 lbs., nothing today could touch it.

Ford can be incredibly stupid sometimes....rolleyes.gif

Oink,

I just saw the Speed special on the new Viper, very nice I have always liked them. I agree with you regarding Ford they are so stubborn at times when designing a vehcle. They could have easily increased HP and torque with the Ford GT. The aftermarket jumped on that very problem with pulley changes. I ditched my 1996 Mustang Cobra due to the ancient "live axle" concept for the rear. Too much money spent on aftermarket parts to get it to handle the way it really should.

Best of the new season so far, IMHO.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
The Clapton bit was very cool. I noodle a bit on guitar, and when they showed the guitar cord plugged in to the dash of the Kia, and someone started playing Layla, I thought to myself that whoever that is, they are really nailing it. :-)

Jeremy and his P45 had me laughing my ass off.
For those who don't know, in the UK 'P45' is the name of a form you get when your employment is terminated.
Agreed. Great episode. Feel bad for Jeremy testing out compacts. Just googled it and he's 6 ft 3.
