Well I have 52" DLP rear projection Mits. TV. I have had a new projection bulb put in about a year and half ago, thinking it was the solution to my TV powering off on me and not wanting to turn back on. So that's a $115 I didn't need to spend. Then I had a Mitsubishi authorized repair guy come and pick up my TV and big it to his shop because he told me that the power circuit on the mother board needed to be replaced. So I spent $300 for that. Which solved the shut off problem but after they brought it back I noticed that the letter box was out of square and I was seeing very slight squiggly lines across the picture. The repair man wouldn't come back for free to address the problem that wasn't there before. I didn't worry about it to much because the lines didn't show up when I was watching HD channels and that is what we used most of the time, although the letter box was still out of square. I have recently moved and when I set the TV up again the letter box is still out of square and the squiggly lines are very apparent with a mix of pink color to them making the screen un-watchable. I don't have cable to see if the HD channels are clear but they are there whether I am playing a DVD or a VHS. How can I fix this problem myself? What is actually wrong with the TV? Please advise.
