Hi, I'm trying to setup media sharing between my desktop PC (windows 7) and my TV (Samsung 40C6000). They are both connected with a wire to a Serioux SRX-N150 router. The PC and the TV cannot see each other.
I also have two laptops with a wireless connection to the router. The TV sees them, and I can share media with Samsung PC share manager or even just with the Windows 7 share feature.

I guess there has to be a setting in my router that prevents the desktop and TV from connecting, since the only difference between my desktop and my laptops is the way they connect. I also tried several media sharing servers. I tried disabling the firewall, and UPnP is turned on in my router. The TV and PC are on the same subnet. Networking and sharing between laptop and desktop works very well.
Later edit: I connected a laptop via a cable to the router, the TV doesn't see the laptop anymore.

If anyone knows how I can make this work, it would be great. It is annoying that I cannot use this feature on the computer where I keep all my movies and music.
Thank you !
