not sure why they emphasize mobile aa unless they are giving flares back to gunner. I'm ready for dirt bike horses though.

I'm curious of what is considered troop transports that the dropship can bring.

Just found out that you can pick up land minds and claymores if your an engineer. I think I picked up an enemy mine. But you can use it though, it just disappears.

Lol. I felt kinda bad for the dude at first...but that changed pretty quickly. #grownazzman

I think I'll send him the BFF video. I was going to ask him when repair tools only was, but he said he hadn't heard of Battlefield Friends. I also thought about asking if he was talking to his boyfriend at the end, but figured he'd had enough at that point

Unfortunately, you guys missed the best part of it - 5 minutes of pure Spyder vs. this guy in the party. Glad you recorded at least some of it, MPH - I'll have to share this with my wife. She was curious why I was laughing so hard last night.

Background:

I joined in with Spyder and his friend Wayward on a 500% davamand peak conquest only server. We had a team who felt the need to snipe, and only snipe. The enemy team camped A hard (we were Russians so on the C side). We had to work real hard to regain the advantage. At one point, we were overcoming a large ticket gap and here's our friend with zoom optics just pew pewing from A with 3 repair slaves. Yes, 3. After some back and forth, it settled into a grudge match over A and B. We had several minute-long tank duels, each side's repair slaves humming away. Spyder at one point said he was sick of it, sent our friend hatemail. He then hopped in the scout chopper, flew over to A, bailed out, and dropped C4 on the tank, then blew it up killing the tank and the 3 repair slaves. Another message later, Spyder was banned. So I invited our friend to the party. Hilarity ensued as he chose to ban all of us and proceeded to scream into his mic.

That...is..... awesome.

Anyone here listen to bob and tom? If so, I swear that dude sounded exactly like Donnie Baker.

Further elaboration:

This guy has a rule on his server that one cannot suicide to get a kill or they get banned. Fine. Now, consider that if you have 3 guys repairing you, you become invincible. At one point, I saw 2 rockets hit him, followed by one of my guided shells, followed immediately by a regular shell. He doesn't die, or even get disabled. Equipped with Zoom Optics (who the Hell uses zoom optics on a tank? ) and Reactive Armor, he's free to just kill away at distance. Pretty weak, if you ask me. Still, if he wants to play lke a puss, so be it.

HOWEVER, I did get C4'ed a number of times by those on his team. (Rules only apply to the enemy, apparently.) I did also send this d-bag a message asking him if he planned to ever take off his skirt and move up just moments before I killed his sorry ass. I admit to that. I then told our team I'd had enough of this horseshyte and not to spawn on me, since the heli ride was a one-way trip. Bailed out of the chopper, dropped three C4 (while falling) and planted the last 2 on him, ran a few yards, and pulled the trigger. I was immediately killed by either; one of the 3 engineers repairing him, one of the 3 snipers covering him, or some random. No suicide, as per his ridiculous rule. Not that it should be any shock, but my ban came within seconds of the kill. Seconds. As in, maybe 5 seconds. Nowhere near long enough to read a message or anything else. He flat-out lied. Period. Despite Zath's otherwise accurate account, only ONE mesage was sent.

Back to the ridiculousness. Now, if we create an equivalent situation, this scenario would be like Zath creating a server that stated no Stingers, no AA guns or AA vehicles. Get he and I in the air along with snake and a good gunner in our chopper, have 2 other guys take the enemy planes and heli, and...yeah, a bloodbath in the enemy base. Would it be unreasonable to think we wouldn't get some sort of negative mail? Even so, would such a comment be laughed off or would it be so incredibly devastating to one's psyche that a screaming tirade that included threats of actual assault and murder would be garnished? Maybe mph should state that only shotguns are allowed on Noshar Canals and put all of us on the Russian side every time, leaving the enemy to shoot helplessly from the carrier all day. Sound fun?

BTW, the name of his server was "Wake and Bake", and it was just one map...Damavand Peak at 500% tickets. Oh and his top gun is the USAS (like 3,000 kills). LOL

Lol. I just listened to it again. I dont have wayward on my friends list, but its funny as hell when he gets his ban reversed and does a high pitched "nice".

Sometimes javs and guided missile in the chopper kill the rep *itches.

See I told you the stats would stay! Though if you get kicked and re-enter at the end, the game reports the stats at the end. FYI.

Wayward is my second oldest Xbox friend and easily the one I've played the most hours with. He's not an AVSer, so that's why you guys haven't met him before. And yes, he's incredibly funny.

Wayward was unbanned already but asked him again if I was banned or not just to mess with him. I don't think 'wake n bake' knew what was going on.

At that point, I think the veins in his head were just starting to dissipate. I seriously thought he was going to have a heart attack at one point...but that was before the recording started.

Interesting read about guns and attachments

Reason why 95% of the time I get shot the person has a foregrip/HB combo. I used to use that combo but then switched over to suppressed weapons, I prefer the ninja-ness of suppressed weapons. But I have been itching to get back to my favorite combo of foregrip and flash suppressor.

yeah i'm usually happy with suppressed weapons, too.

There was also talk last night that if you run a suppressed LMG and mortar, your mortar does not appear on the minimap. We should try that out some time.
