Those guys didn't have very impressive jet stats - top scorer has 41 jet stars. It's probably just coordinated tactics. Plus goals were probably different - most of you have posted that you prefer to take flags. They clearly preferred kills. As far as the guy with rocket pods, that basically means you were killed with guns. I've only killed one person with rocket pods - it's very difficult! I'm not familiar with the maps, but it seems like that one was the Port Valdez style map (winter, pipelines, etc). If so, use the terrain to your advantage. If the enemy keeps owning you, then pick a flag that you can use against the enemy and focus on that flag.
Also, Harp - if you have 7-10 enemies on your tail, hit afterburners and go straight up. You'll probably die, but you'll get half the enemy team stuck in the air. Easy pickings for your wingmen.
MPH, when seeing a target rich environment, pick out whichever jet seems to be lagging behind the farthest and turning the widest. That's most likely the n00b. They also typically don't go inverted, since they'll smash into the ground in 5 seconds flat. DO NOT use heatseekers if the enemy is communicating. Go in quick, quiet, and gun the guy down before he knows you're even on his tail.
Sounds easy, doesn't it?
See you guys soon!
