For those that have played already, when you spot someone and they get the dorito on them, does it go away if you lose line of sight on them? If so, does everyone on your team lose sight of the dorito also?

Thank you jammy for telling me to delete people on xbox.com rather than in the dash, was much, much faster. Nuked 25 people making room for all you guys.

so, this doesn't let you install the HD pack to a usb drive. Strange. Hope there are no issues with the HD content on my 2 xbox hard drives but save/profile on the usb drive. I've never dealt with games like that..always put all the saves/setting/profile stuff on the usb which goes back and forth between my 2 systems.

So, essentially the folks without a HDD on their xbox can't even remedy the situation with an external drive. Kind of lame.

Wow, that is lame. You can install a whole game onto USB but not a texture pack? I'm surprised...I dunno what gives. A good USB drive should be even better than a HDD for this purpose.

don't know about the full game install, didn't try that. but when I tried to put the HD pack on usb, it brought up an error message saying it needed to be installed to a hard drive.

Cheapie flash drives are not better than HDDs. The problem is that they probably cannot predict what type of drive you will have connected via USB, one that is capable or not, so they disallow all of them?

I have a question about the EA online pass code. I have my online code but my son will also want to play on his xbox. If I swap my gamertag to his xbox and load up the game and enter the online code then move my tag back to my xbox will the code be good for both systems. I was thinking about how I buy DLC and arcade games. I move my tag to his xbox and then buy the DLC. Then it's authorized for his system. Then I move my tag back to my xbox and re-download it because it's also linked to my tag. Will this theory work for the EA online pass too?

The 360 itself won't let you use a really ****** one. It'll refuse to format it. I dunno how high that barrier is, perhaps not high enough for these purposes. It's too bad the game itself doesn't test. I'm 100% sure a good USB stick can handle this.

Better grab a cheap HDD from GameStop while you still can.

right, but the system tests a usb stick the first time you plug it in to make sure the read/write is acceptable. seems a strange decision to me, but what do I know?

I don't know how you can be so certain. Running anything real time from a USB flash drive, even the best ones, is generally not a good idea.

Because a halfway decent USB stick completely destroys any mechanical HDD on access times, which is the typical bottleneck. I install games to USB sticks all the time, even games with texture streaming like gears 3. Even makes the texture pop-in you get from the DVD go away.

I'm sure you're still correct though - the bar MS sets probably isn't high enough to guarantee a decent experience. Oh well, sucks for people without a HDD. I figured at least the 4GB slim people would be in the clear.

I think the hit detection is off on some guns. The first sniper rife sv98 was off in a few match. I placed the shot on the head and hit missed. I shot five times to have one Hit

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the pass is linked to your gamertag. I think that he would have to play with your gamertag or else that wouldn't work.

I don't have any experience trying this though so I could be wrong.
