GREAT games tonight. Whored it up in the aircraft, but more importantly, did some insane chopper whoring with Trail Mix. I'm starting to get the hang of the little bird, thanks to that video I posted. We did Kharg Island rush defense and they were like a fish outta water. Great times. Kharg Island attack I decided to put down the jet and jump in the chopper. Actually, I selected the wrong vehicle and ended up in the chopper at the start. Oops. Trail Mix and I switched positions and I gunned for him. In one round, I unlocked flares, heat seekers, and stealth while gunning for Trail Mix. Freakin' epic! Got a bunch of vehicle kills - even disabled the enemy jet a couple times. Feels good to be on the opposite end of that damned chopper.

JSmoops joined us towards the end - feel free to just join in our games and party at any time dude.

I took another YouTube video tonight for y'all with some updated tactics. Uploading overnight.

btw on Kharg Island attack, we had a defender jump into our AA gun on our carrier and continuously destroy any jets or choppers that spawned. His gamertag is "commandomarcus" . We all filed ToS complaints against him for cheating. He ended up going 9-0 but the biggest issue was the fact that we had no air support for the last half of the round, which is a big reason we ultimately lost. Seriously I don't get why people have to be such d-bags. You can blow it up with C4, but good luck getting there without the guy noticing.

I bought BF3 and ret MW3 for comparisson and for me BF3 is better. I have Blackops, and this new MW3 its pretty similar to Blackops. Gameplay and everything are almost tbe same. To me also BO has better graphics amd movements are smoother.

Explains why you like BO more....

Ok guys. I'm gonna go for it and by this game. I was a big fan of Bad Company 2. Is it safe to say if I enjoyed the hell out of Bad Company 2 I will enjoy Battlefield 3? Any huge game changers? It looks like the graphics are improved... I'm basically just in it for multiplayer, I have never finished a COD or Battlefield SP portion, gets old after awhile.

MOST people who enjoyed Bad Company 2 love this game. There are those who don't, however. Give it a shot. It's on sale at walmart for $28 on black friday.

Had some fun games last night. That's definitely the most I've been in a chopper. It helped out greatly that you were spotting targets and can actually kill stuff with the gun, even jets!

That dude that took our aa gun on the carrier was a game changer. Total BS. To make matters worse is you can't spawn back on the carrier since we advanced bases. The only way I know of is to spawn in an aircraft and by then you are already dead.

Finally bit the bullet and spent a little time in a chopper attacking on Caspian Border. Still didn't last long, but I was starting to get the hang of the controls. Still nothing in the jets. :/

Got on like a 2am, a little sauced up, played with some randoms. Actually did well, 6 wins, 1 loss. Found the best players on my team and joined up in their squad. The AVS room (what was left of it) was full.

SQDM was fun! Need to try it with this group. Very tactical, have to keep your head down.

SQRush is interesting too. Only 4 on 4.

Yeah, I remember playing that in BC2. Was pretty enjoyable. A little twist would be 2-4 AVS squads in the same game

According to the BF Facebook page, they banned some cheaters and reset stats on boosters. Keep up the spotting!

...and my team had to lose it. I found my best towards the end, we were see-sawing back and forth, but they were able to pull it out.

Keep forgetting I have that. Been playin recon a lot. Really digging it. MAV is a good tool.

Yeah, so far the sks is my favorite gun. I've mainly played as recon, and now I am going to try some other classes. I figure I can try using the shotgun with slug ammo and 6x scope in the other classes until I unlock some better guns...lol. No idk, I might try some of the other guns that come standard with each class. I think I need to figure out how to get the co-op sniper rifle.

Ranked up to... 44 tonight! Medals after medals dominating in the air. Earned about 45,000 points in one match on Operation Firestorm defense. According to my dogtag, I have now destroyed about 1,200 vehicles!

Next rank is colonel. I almost feel like I'm approaching level 50 in BC2. Weird.

Great games with Atlienz, Benjaminbenjami, and jshmoopy. Saw Needles was in but backed out after a while. Needles, did you not get my party invite? We had space on our side... I think. Saw MPH for a round or so as well. Atlienz gets my mancrush hero award for always repairing me in the tank.

Sat in on Noshahr Canals attack - managed to win despite randoms that had no idea how to defeat the mobile AA. By that, I mean that when I was on the AMTRAC gunner seat, a random took the driver seat and managed to park us in some stupid location away from the Mobile AA. Once he even rammed the thing and brought us out of bounds head-on just to get that thing killed. So I decided to drive and the random will take the gunner seat and kill the mobile AA. Nope. He decides to shoot at some guy sitting to the right of us the whole time I'm in front of him. WTF?!

We then switch to defense, there's a mad dash to the Mobile AA. I get it and suddenly we lose A and B before we know it. I check the scoreboard - just me and jshmoopy playing against 8 enemies. Seriously?! Everyone else WAAA'd about not getting the damned vehicle and left?! The two of us put down a valiant effort to destroy the enemy, but it just wasn't to be.

I'm really loving how this game allows you to get multiple medals. In BC2, once you earned the insignia, that was it. In this game, you can continue earning more and more medals. So there's no major reason for you to adjust your playstyle unless you're looking for variety. I already have 6 combat efficiency medals and 7 anti-vehicle medals. Combined, that's 110,000 more experience points than I would've earned if the game used the BC2 style insignias.

What's the easiest way to get in games with you guys? Is there an ECA live account?

Got jet service star 6 today. Had an interesting encounter with a guy who wanted to fly - he positioned his tank right in front of the jet on Caspian Border Attack. We were already on the 2nd or 3rd base. I spawned in the jet, saw him looking at me, his tank on the runway, and he started shooting at me. I slowly moved forward, tried turning, but the tank was just too close. The jet proceeded to mount the tank and drive right over it! That guy just sat at the runway for the rest of the game.

I also had an occasion earlier on defense when I went to shoot down their transport chopper and somehow locked my jet's wing into the chopper. We just kept spinning around, stuck to each other, till we both finally suicided when we impacted the ground. I was LOLing hard for some time after that
