Floorstanders for big room, corner placement, 2.1 music, $2k budget - Page 3

Check out the Swan D10HT, the whole set is around $900 and i must say, they sound quite amazing. If you don't mind spending a little more than $2000, you can also check out the Swan D3.2HT those go for around $2100. I haven't listened to the D3.2's but I would imagine they are much better than my D10's. Unfortunately my budget was a bit lower than yours. But if I were you I would seriously consider looking into Swan speakers. I have owned a few and know people that have owned a few and I have never met anyone who was disappointed. I can't say the same thing for some of the other speaker companies.

Congrats.. Good to hear you're enjoying them. I also have a SALK SongSeries setup being built in the same finish. If they look as good as they do in your pics I will be very happy . I'm sure they look better in person.

Wow...I'm glad to have stumbled onto this thread. I recently sold my RC30's and will embark shortly looking to replace them. My budget will be about ~$2500.00cdn and the Salk ST were on my short list, but your break down on how the 30's compared has really heighten my interest in the ST and I already love the way they look.
