HTIB Wanted for low volume area

I'm in a little wood frame condo that doesn't block sound very well and I'm looking for a HTIB for a couple reasons, one being that I can't afford buying a nice system and the other is I can't turn it up anyways so I don't know how much I'd take advantage of a nice sounding system.

Every forum post I read about people asking for advice in the past have been concerned about upgrade speakers or adding a powered sub or upgrading. I'm not, I want the best speaker quality available for the price range but keeping in mind that the volume will always be low and the sub would be set very low.

I purchased the Samsung HW-560S because I have a samsung tv and the price was right. I find the look is nice and the overal sound is decent, but it isn't a full range sound. I find I'm missing some sound or some effects are lacking.

I'm thinking of the Onkyo 3300, the Sony 370 or the Yamaha yht3028hd, they are all within $50 of eachother.

Which would be the best sound quality from the speakers? I'll be using PCM for sound. (and I realize that at $400 tops I'm not going to be getting amazing sound)

Not sure if you're still looking and I know this post is a couple of weeks old. But I just wanted to say that the S3300 is a good system. I got it back in November and have not regretted buying for a second. It sounds really good at moderate levels and when the neighbors aren't home it really thumps when you crank it up.
