Please recommend a 37" 1080p TV for bedroom....?

I'm looking for a 37" 1080p TV for a bedroom...
do I need it to be 120hz?
I will mostly be viewing HD satellite programs and some sports with an occasional movie here and there. I would like to keep the cost below $600.

so far the TV I keep coming back to is the Panny TC-L37U22...any others I should be looking at?

I too wanted a 37" for the bedroom, but there is a much better selection of 40" TVs. I looked at every TV in that size and price extensively, and after a lot of research and returning a few I ended up with the Sony 40EX401 from Costco with a two year warranty

IMO picture quality is the only factor I can't overlook, specifically black level, shadow detail and color accuracy. At closer to $500 than $600, nothing can beat it.
