Help with Russound MDK-C5 firmware upgrade

Hi, and thanks in advance for your time and advice.

I successfully updated the firmware for 5 of the 6 Russound MDK-C5 keypads to 3.00.01. However, one of them didn't succeed.

If its connected to port 1 of the MCA-C5 controller now, it turns on and keeps blinking with a bank screen. If I try to run the firmware update again (even on recovery mode), it fails on getting the device ID. I was wondering if there is any program that cleans the Internal and External Flash of the keypad or reset it to factory settings so that I can try the update again.

robps, if you dont mind, can you please upload the bootloader here? Its good to have in case I need it in the future.

I did update my MCA-C5 and had no problems, just one keypad now frozen.

Anyone knows where I can get the Russound advanced programming cable 2500-521065? I believe it is needed to program the keypad directly from the computer.

After all I could have done, nothing worked. It had to go back to the distributor for the warranty exchange.

Russound tech team asked to keep trying the firmware upgrade procedure, atleast 10 times. It didn't work for me. Hence the replacement.
