Yes but what about the HF's? Was that a single speaker, two, or all of them? That is my point, say the center channel is playing we want it to be flat, but what happens when an explosion occurs and now the front stage combines together with say a left side speaker, what does the response look like with those 4 speakers together? That is why I asked if EQing at the speakers is better or EQing each speaker individually at the LP. I am not sure what these auto setups do but just curious on what speaker or speakers were on during that sweep? Thanks again.

that sweep was all the subs and left and right speakers. EQing anywhere but the LP is silly, since you want the response to be flat at the LP.

Single LP or multiple? I have 7 seats but really ultilize the front 4.

It's virtually the same in any seat on my couch. I don't EQ for the seats far off to the side.

Sounds good to me. I EQ'd my subs to the LP and every seat was very similar in response anyways. I wonder if I would be that lucky for the speakers too? Maybe all the treatments will help a bunch, I will give it a try and see what happens.

Not sure why I had not seen this thread earlier - this is amazing!!

I really like the total overkill here. I am still hoping to try some of those lms 5400. I guess i would need four to make two cabs and power each cap with one amp bridged at 8 ohms. All I need is around 5000 plus build costs.
LOL. I will be waiting some time, as I can't fit any more subs in my present situation. Try out the vega amps and see what a difference it makes.
