So the next gen Sony Bravia Engine 4 should be @CES 2012?

FULL SUPPORT for HDBaseT 1.1 & HDMI 1.4a

Bravia Engine 4 Sony's first 2160p QHDTV (Quad HD)

-2160p two formats

There has been rumor of a consumer 4k machine from Sony for the last few years but it has never materialized. Id rather see BD taken to the next level first with higher bit rate expanded color. Id welcome a 4k projector as well.

And the original poster is talking of a Bravia Engine, i.e. a Flat Panel processor. Off-topic for the DCi section, but 4K LCD panels from major TV set vendors have been spoken of for years, including by the companies own executive. 4K LCDs have been aound for years, primarily based on 56" panels by AUO, but those are on-topic for the 20K section.

yes i think so but i was not sure it was from you but i guess it.

there was not any attachment inside right?

the info i got was from the big panasonic meeting in london last week and it comes from
panasonic direct.

Samsung has been showing 4K LCDs at CES 2008/9.
