I knew that some people here would jump at this set. The thing is, I don't want to pay to mail this to anyone. I want to give it away for free and if I have to give it for free, I don't want to pay for postage and lose money, lol. I'd rather give it to someone close by so I can just hand it over personally and that's it. Much simpler.

Just to let you know.... the UK set has the edited version of "The Shining" and is missing "Dr. Strangelove" and "Spartacus." Also, I do not know if there are any defects in the set since it's still sealed. I don't want to deal with any complaints. It's the main reason why I'm willing to give this to someone nearby for free.

The shorter cut of "The Shining" is the main reason I've really been wanting it. That and I never upgraded "Barry Lyndon" and "Lolita". Already have the digi-book of "Dr. Strangelove", and I'm happy with my Criterion DVD of "Spartacus".

No complaints here -- this would be AWESOME.
