Need some help getting audio to work correctly.

I have been searching all over google trying to get my audio problem figured out.
Basic problem is that I think TMT5 is not sending the audio info to my receiver. I can play back any type of file in 7MC and MPC-HC and a divx player and they work fine. TMT5 will only play the files correctly about 20% of the time.

I originally thought that the problem was with 7mc using mediabrowser and using TMT5 as the external player. I was able to get TMT5 to pass the audio to my receiver most of the time on the first attempt when using just TMT5. If it didn't go I could just stop the playback and start it over and it would pass audio to my setup. Now it will not work most of the time.

When it does work the receiver will auto switch into Multi Channel and playback audio. When it doesn't work It just sits on PLII and I get no audio. It's kinda hard to explain but sometimes when TMT is launching the file it will switch to MCH quickly and you hear a quick noise and then back to PLII and there is no audio.

I really like the playback of TMT when it is working correctly. Specs below

Windows7 64bit
i3-550
Gigabyte H55 board
2 gigs ram

I would settle on just using MPC-HC if I could get the blocky, colorful artifacts to stop. This only happens on my MKV's that are full blueray with just HD audio.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm going to bump this up to the top.

I have an update. I have totally wiped my last install of windows to start fresh. I have only updated windows and installed TMT5. The way it sits right now I can play all files and get video. I can only get some of the files to play audio. I have checked and it does not matter what type of file or audio. I have some AC3 that play and some that dont. Same goes for most types of audio. Some will play and others will not.

So where do I go from here? How do I figure out what the reason is for some files to play while others will not.

Clean install with no codecs whatsoever.

I'd help but I don't use TMT.

Hope someone can help you out.

I like it when it works but I just downloaded the latest update and now only a few of my files will playback audio. I just downloaded PDVD and it worked on all but one.

So what do you use for file playback Assassin? Maybe I just need to move on from TMT. I want it to work but its becoming not fun.
