I did some measuring on the boxes tonight.
My test method is pretty scientific.
I used those tiny foam balls that come in bean bags. They're the ones that are about 1/4" in diameter, not the super small pellet size.
I left the midrange chamber and the port in the box. Dumped in the material. If my bucket markings are accurate, it was about 31 liters. Initial midrange chamber readings were about 1.5 liters. I'll probably try and get more accurate measurements tomorrow just to be safe. I can't find my 1 cu ft measuring box I use to have.
Internal port diameter is 2". Port length is 4.5".
Woofer cut out is 7.25"
Midrange cut out is 4.25"
Tweeter cut out is 2 7/8"
Crossover cut out is 4" x 6".
I just checked and 31 liters is 1.09 cu ft. I'll rip out the midrange chamber and port tomorrow and see if I can get a more accurate figure.
