Customer Service gave me a procedure that worked:
1. Deactivate Netflix: Home, Setup, Network, Netflix - deactivate.
2. Initialize: Home, Setup, Others, Initialize - Factory Set.
3. Power Off the unit.
4. Disconnect the unit the from the power outlet.
5. Hold the Power Button on the unit itself for 30 seconds.
6. Reconnect the unit to the power outlet.
7. Turn the unit back on.
8. Reconfigure your Internet Connections before you go back to Premium and test Netflix.
