Jim, the one problem that has been mentioned by a number of owners are the occasional black flashes when streaming Netflix. Personally, I see these very rarely (maybe only every 3rd or 4th time watching Netflix), and only then if I'm watching an HD stream. And if they do appear, they typically only do so in the very early minutes of the stream. Other owners have had different experiences, but the general consensus is that it's an issue with the BDT110's handling of resolution or bandwidth changes when communicating with the Netflix server.
For me, it's not nearly enough to make me want to return the player, as there are a number of other features that were very difficult to find at this price point ("hidden" SD card for BDLive playback, full multi-channel PCM output for Dolby and DTS HD audio, excellent BD picture quality, etc.).
