HI everyone , i'm using Optoma HD66 ,and now looking for a screen for him , but i'm still confusing about choose brightness and contrast screen for 3D .And i saw 3 screens with different info like that and dont know what to choose for 3D option on Optoma HD66 to increase brightness and constrat, so please help me .

1) Pro Cinema White - 1.8 Gain
* Superior EluneVision HD Vivid Cinema Pro Grey 1.8 gain screen material for excellent colour uniformity and contrast
* Increased black levels for incredible depth of image
* Beautiful 2 inch border to improve viewing quality

2)Vivid Pro Cinema White - 2.4 Gain
* 2.4-gain screen Super Vivid Pro-Cinema White material when high gain is needed
* Beautiful 2 inch border to improve viewing quality

3)Cinema Grey - 1.1 Gain
* Superior EluneVision HD Cinema Grey 1.1 gain screen material for excellent colour uniformity and contrast
* Increased black levels for incredible depth of image
* Beautiful 2 inch border to improve viewing quality

+So the brightness and contrast depend on color (Gray/white) OR (Gain) ?
=> So please help me choose 1 for 3D , and which one is the best for 3D ? Thanks

thank you guy , but 3 screens i just listed above was the cheap one and can roll up down [manual screen] ,I'm not a rich man so i can't choose the expensive one like you guy said .it's only around 200-300 CAD . and 3 of them have 3 different infos that make me still confusing . So I just wanna ask which one between 3 of them is the bestest for brightness and contrast to watch 3D DLP shutter glasses

+So the brightness and contrast depend on color (Gray/white) OR (Gain) ?

Thank you guys again.

Are you aware that the projector you mentioned above doesnt do Digital 3d....
Also its a 720 p projector....

If you want 3d and you dont have alot of money you should go Flat Panel.
because you wont be able to do it right....

yes , I used powerdvd ultra to work with 3D iso after mounting it to virtual drive ,and it worked pretty good ,so i just wanna find a screen ,just a normal screen to get more contrast and brightness [around 400-500$] enough to watch 3D movie .

ya i am not a EluneVision fan what so ever.
Never ever have they given me a wow moment with there product.
I know your a newbie and you want a pull down screen.
But considering your budget if it was me and i had that budget restraint
i would go Fixed DIY Paint Screen.
They have Screen paint mixes that really do wonders for 3d.
If this is an option you should ask your question over in the DIY Screen Section.
Folks over there will guide you to the right paint mix for 3d...
Just an idea....
Good luck

yes i agree with you about fixed frame , but i'm living in apartment , so it's really hard to move when you choose a new place to live even move to another country .So that's why i choose the roll screen for convenience
