How can i switch aspect ration from [21:9] to [16:9] when playing bluray iso on PC ?

Hi everyone , i'm using Powerdvd [PD] ultra to watch 2D/3D bluray iso on PC ,but some movies they show aspect ratio [21:9] ,but PD did not have the option to switch to [16:9] like MPC (media player classic) did when playing HD rip . So any one have any idea about this issue ? Or are there any soft can do it out there ? Please help me ,Thank you guy so much .

21:9? you mean 2:35:1? Are you seeing black bars? Is that what you mean. If so I recommend leaving them as doing what you want will degrade the picture.

But if you must normally this is done through a setting in the tv.
