Soooooooooooooo, after watching my newly repaired 65D8000 alot these past couple days, I do see a couple white clouds like I did before on my old panel, just not as big this time. However, the 3D has taken quite a hit and the ghosting and crosstalk are pretty much unbearable at this point. Called Samsung and talked to the ECR Department and they are going to exchange the set for me. At first they only offered a refund because they said they do not have anymore of the 65D8000 in their warehouse and they don't have anything comparable in the size TV I have. I told the ECR rep that I would just wait for the 60 or 65 ES8000 to become available and then I would exchange it. She put me on hold and said that they have a few left in the warehouse and they will proceed with the exchange. LOL. All it took was for me to mention the ES8000 and they "magically" found some Anyways, she said it would take between 5-10 business days to get the TV delivered and exchanged. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that I might actually get a good set this time, if that even exists in the 65" model. If this set has the same issues, I will bite the bullet and return it through Amazon for a refund and just wait for the 60" or 65" ES8000. Speculation is that the 60" will be available around 4/10 and the 65" is still TBA. I'll keep you guys posted.
