Ive been running an 885 Pre-Pro and now moving to the SC5508. I have a question regarding setup. Since I have 5 speakers all with powered subwoofers and a Supercube 10 Inch Sub-1500watt I was wondering how some have set up the sub part of the equation?
Chris on Audyssey tech support recommended running a Y splitter from the sub pre out to every speaker's LPE Sub input + Supercube and setting all speakers to small. Letting the Pre-Pro do all the calculating.
Has anyone tried this approach?
It sounds like it would be wonderful. I would imagine the room would be full of bass from every direction. Ive been running all my speakers full range up until now.
