Very curious where you are and how you are receiving WTVF-DT.

I'm in Bellevue and reception is problematic...er, almost non-existent. :mad:

Just got an e-mail from a friend at the station confirming they are currently running less than half their approved power...only 440 kw ERP.

I live in Brentwood off of Concord road about half way between I65 and I24. I get CBS at 100% with a indoor antenna

I live outside of White Bluff (15 miles west of Bellevue) and have no trouble receiving WTVF-DT at all using an outside antenna. I receive a constant 100% signal.

I'm running a Channel Master 4228 antenna mounted above my roof.

I live in Clarksville, which is 40 miles NW of Nashville. We receive WTVF-DT with an outdoor VHF/UHF antenna which has a Radio Shack signal booster amplifier attached. We have occasional signal breakups due to mulitpath, but we receive the station quite well. Our antenna is mounted on a pole about 10' above ground. We have the Dish 6000 and get a signal strength of about 80%.

Looks like about 30 years ago I picked the wrong place to live to receive WTVF-DT. Whoda known?

Seems Bellevue has to deal with nine mile hill and the entire Nashville basin between us and the tower especially if (like me) you are on the opposite side of one of the numerous hills in the area. I'm going to have to go up about 60 feet to even come close to catching a signal over the hills.

Glad no one else seems to have this problem.

I live in Kingston Springs, and I am recieving WTVF-DT with a high signal using a Winegard GS-2000 power antenna located in my attic.

Any Nashvillians have info concerning the digital broadcast status of ABC/NBC/FOX and UPN?

Channel 4 (NBC) has a waiver to miss the May 1 deadline because of antenna problems. PBS gets an extra year or so. Channel 2 (ABC) is still aiming for May 1. Channels 30 (UPN) and 17 (FOX) will soon be on the same tower north of town near Channel 5 (woe is me) and are also hoping for May 1 or before.

The TitanTV.com web site shows ABC has been granted an extension as well.

WB is listed for May 1st

Fox & UPN are listed for June 1st.

PBS is listed for 2003.

The ABC and PBS stations share a new tower that appears to be complete. Bet they won't miss the deadline by much.
