I've bought 3D blue Ray player Samsung BD C6900 and some full HD 3D movies which I'm using with Samsung 40C7000 active shutter 3D TV.

Will this blue ray player and 3D movies still work with LG LW5600 or LG 6500 Passive 3D TVs ?

Yep, the 3D BD format is display indifferent by design.

BluRay content is display agnostic, display support is up to the BluRay player.
Your BluRay player outputs standard hdmi1.4 signals so it will work with any display with hdmi1.4 inputs.
