We have a CNET thread started in the Samsung Forum which will be monitored by actual Samsung personnel and will be responded by Samsung directly. This will be the best way to reach Samsung directly and get some answers and results.
needs to go on this site, report your build date, model, size, and as much info as possible and show and tell Samsung what the hell is going wrong with their sets.
If possible, for those of you that have had more than one set replaced with the same exact issue, like some of you on your 3rd box or for people that have had a service tech come over with a new panel which still had the same problem, please mention this as well!
This thread within CNET is going to get very big and very interesting really soon.
