Didn't find your original post but as a practical matter, as long as all your adjustments were in the user menu's (including advanced adjustments in the user menu) you can reset everything using the item "reset" in the menu. Seems strange that you're asking this as if you were looking at the menu, you couldn't help but see it.
If you are in a service/factory menu...you're screwed.
