I tested it outdoors and in better lighting conditions and it didn't have that same focus hunting. It was just reeeeaaalllyy slow focusing. I think I was just being anal about the camera, I tested it against my 550 and the focusing was about the same.

Has anyone found a decent lens hood for this camera? The ones i see out there aren't really compatible with the wide lens that this camera has.

Also has anyone mounted a microphone on theirs yet? If so which one did you get?

Hi. I'm just about ready to buy the CX560 from Amazon. I'd like to add a lens protection filter and a lens cover. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Im using the camcorder in filming format and also taking photos whilst recording video. BUT i have noticed that when you take photos in the video mode the flash does not work..is there a solution/workrounhd for this situation_n The only way i have been able to use the flash for photos is by using the camcorder in camera mode...but you have to change the modes over manually....i need to use the camcorder with the remote and so dont have the possibility of switching modes BUT the photos *at dusk( are relly bad wiothout being able to use the flash. AAnybody else come across thsis_
