Subwoofer songs - recommendation of the day! - Page 5

Anyone mentioned Skeillex?

What's the deal with Skrillex lately, everyone is talking about Skrillex. I don't think Skrillex is anything special, there is so much better electro-dubstep out there lol, like Magnetic Man - Mad.

Anyways, these 2 videos by Eskmo are also pretty sweet, visually and auditory

Eskmo - Cloudlight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IddDWBpkzYg
Eskmo - We Got More http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WaoImXPMtE

I played this on the Boxee Box Youtube App. The first search result was one of those static image songs on Youtube... Pretty good song! I was confused though, Boxee loaded and played the next song while I was in the other room. I thought my receiver was muted. ?? Check out the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfZq-70w0uk

I first discovered Dubstep with Korn and Skrillex's song's "Get up". It was love at first listen. I'll admit it doesn't sound like much on a "normal" stereo, but when your subwoofer is the size of a small European car, it is a spiritual experience for a basshead. Only problem is I think I found a genre of music my wife hates more than my "devil music".

Check out anything by "Liquid Stranger"
http://youtu.be/toqB9fvQvJY

Schoolboy's "Checkmate"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jr6NwJcJ1_k

Bassnectar's "Basshead"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRftXCiqfQ8

This one is pretty cool too.

I found this video from youtube.com where a guy was testing his SVS Ultra 13 and it looked crazy! Here is the link....

It looks like it is from one of the tomb raider video games.
Here is my system trying to keep up. I need a better camera but the woofers were going absolutely nuts.

Have to add some for those that like soundtrack music, off the top of my head:

'Klendathu Drop' - Starship Troopers Soundtrack

'Time' from the movie Inception

'Bioluminescence of the night' from the movie Avatar

'Making of a Cyborg' from the movie Ghost in the Shell

If anyone knows of anymore music like this, let me know please. I'll go through what i have and try to add more.

That sound is too boomy from the Ultra 13. He is not presenting the sub in the best musical light. It is deep and powerful but not tight and punchy.
Nice, rythmic, tight, musical bass, not noisy boom.

Sweet

Time to add more...

Yoko Kanno & The Seatbelts - 'Ask DNA' - Thick meaty bass in this one, very deep

Braveheart soundtrack - 'Atack on Murron'

Any of the songs off the latest Katy Perry CD, also Lady Gaga's 'just dance' is also a definite deep bass monster track

If you are talking about "Bass, I love you" Its by Basstronics.
Cozza Frenzy is a good subwoofer song by Bassnectar that I would recommend.
