Those price's, you quoted, are estimated U.S. $ retail !!!! The $11,000 quote is ABT's, a U.S. retailer's estimated selling price, when the set's become available for them to sell !!!!

Actually you are wrong... I just got this e-mail from Samsung last week. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...

"Samsung is very aware that there are many customers that have been waiting for the launch, however we sincerely regret to inform you that the 75 LED, 75D9500 will not launch this year due to technical issues."

Also if they are going to release it, I heard they will announce it by the end of Jan. 2012 and might have a launch around Spring. They are currently working on a redesign and pricing components hopefully reducing the price.

I have received the UN65D8000.... This is my 4th attempt in the past year and a half to find a working LED Television. It was another fail , I have finally decided after all this I am returning to the Plasma. PN64D8000. The UN65D8000 has Poor Uniformity, Flash lighting, Major Clouding, and Ridiculous amounts of Crosstalk / Ghosting specifically when playing games. You have to warm the television up for 2 hours to get a half decent 3D gaming Experience. I might try back for an LED in the next few years when all its issues have been fixed.

Sorry to hear it. My 65D8000 is just about perfect. I suspect I have a bit of flash lighting, clouding, etc., but everyone who sees my TV says the picture is great.

Does anyone know if Will Wall Mounting an Edge Lit LED Display affect Screen Uniformity?

They just started selling it yesterday. $15k btw, they are not affiliated w/ best buy box store, are privately held, located in PA, have a valid D&B and BBB. If you want it you may want to hurry b4 they exhaust their supply, they are the only ones selling it right now. Speculation is that Samsung is testing this market.
Bbpcs does not have the tv they are just letting you order with them in case by some miracle it does come out, heh, or for when it eventually does which at this point will be next year as 75E9500 if anything.

But no bbpcs nor anyone els has this tv for sale. Unloke the 65c8000 which got discontinued after it shipped to various retsilers including best buy, the 75" was canceled before any at all were sent to any retailer it seems.

Yes I realized that. I can't help that there were some online retailers lying at the time and I was only trying to help someone find one. Anyways I'm just hoping Samsung will really come out with it next year and I hope to hear about it in CES 2012.

I am going to be listing this TV on eBay shortly currently they are being advertised for around 12,9 I got a pretty good deal on them I am going to be listing the item for $8600 US to compete with last years mode pricing for fast movement of this model while the niche is good.

The Glasses that are supplied with the model are 4 4 Pair of Premium 3D Active Rechargeable Glasses (SSG-3700CR – $600 Retail Value)

If you have any questions or would like to purchase contact me at sales@at-electronics.co
