Anyone buy from theaterseatstore.com?

I was all set to buy Berkline 12000 from Roman until Berkline pulled the plug. Has anyone purchased from theaterseatstore.com? I am interested in Palliser Pacifico seats. They seemed knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. I would like to hear from anyone that has bought from them good or bad. How is the service?

Have you talked to Roman today? I would guess he still has stock available.

I would also be guessing he is scrambling to find another entry line brand to sell

If you use "theaterseatstore.com" as you search "word"=no spaces, you'll find a number of threads that bring up the store. If there is multi page thread, you can use the same search within the thread..the search within a thread is located at the top of each page of the thread...that will narrow your search to only those posts within a multi page thread.

Do not buy from them! I was promised my chairs in 2 to 2 and a half weeks. It has been over a month now and all I can get is the run around. Find a more reputable company. These guys are terrible!
