MCACC on Pioneer VSX 1018AH-K

Hi all, ok so, I've had my VSX 1018AH-K bout 2yrs or so now, I find it really great... I started off with 2 front Tannoy F4s and a Tannoy centre speaker connected then I gradually expanded getting a Epos ELS Sub, then finished the setup off with the Tannoy F1s and FRs making it a full 7.1 surround sound setup.. Now, I still need to run the MCACC setup but I am not clear as to what to do or check for before I start the setup.. Could someone with knowledge of the pioneer system and MCACC post a guide I could use..

You've had the 1018 for two years and never run the MCACC?

I was waiting till I had all the speakers needed for 7.1 and then do it all at once,

I have left it till now cos the instructions in the manual arn't really clear enough

Before I start the MCACC, is it possible to save the current settings so I can revert back if I am not happy with the outcome??

What I mean is, is it easy enough to undo the changes that MCACC makes
