I'm stumped. Really hoping someone here can help me, as Sirius and Yamaha have been no help at all.
My Sirius XM streaming was working perfectly up to the moment that I did a factory reset (to fix an unrelated issue). I use my login/password, and I just keep getting the invalid login message. I've tried changing my login and password multiple times, to multiple different formats. I'm under the 20 characters, etc. No dice.
Funny thing is, if I switch the receiver to use the trial account, it works (I'm listening as I type this).
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would happen, and what I can do? I'm kind of desperate, and considering making an entire new SiriusXM account just to see if my account is somehow broken. It seems like since the streaming works with the trial account, that either SiriusXM has an issue on their side, or the receiver is having trouble sending authentication information, and the trial works differently.
I love this receiver, I just need my Sirius. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! Thank you.
