What's up with the PQ at MSG? Is MSG as dark as it seems when I'm watching playoff games on Versus? Never seen an arena look so dark on TV in the HD era...
On the MSG lighting, it was horrible the other night. The image from LA last night wasn't exactly luminous either. Unless you were willing to put your TV in its Vivid mode, the picture was pretty dank.
As far as Randy Hahn goes, I agree. I've been listening to Randy and Drew since the first game in Sharks' history and they are one of the better broadcast teams that I've heard (and I go way back to Danny Gallivan, Dan Kelly, Gene Hart, Marv Albert, Dick Irvin, Foster and Bill Hewitt, etc.). They are more apt to give the opposing team credit for a good play than many other announcers. I also agree with a previous post about Gary Thorne and Bill Clement. They are an outstanding team and I wish that they would get back onto some national broadcasts again. When they were on ESPN they were as good as it gets.
