Updates for what? And if you want to understand the "merits and demerits" of this tv, why didn't you do that before you bought it?

Sorry, but my question is that if you can't find it on any LG websites or anywhere else, how would we know about it?

If you purchased it new in a box, then I'm guessing it's not an old model. Since most of us on this Forum are in the USA, it must be a model specific to another country. The LG website in the US shows an LG 37LD460, so I would assume it's pretty much the same model as the one you have with just a different number.

Actually, in checking further it appears this model may be specific to Asian countries. So, I still don't know the relationship between the LD460 and the LD461. Sorry.

As BoilerJim stated, this sounds like a model that is particular to Asia so we won't be of much help to you because the specs etc are different for the US models. There may be a forum for the European/Asian market that would probably be more helpful. I'm not sure where it's at though. Anyone?
