Hi,
Not sure if it is the hardware of WMC.
I have two tuner cards, a WINTV HVR1850 with both digital and analog tuners and an Avermedia Duet with 2 digital tuners over 1 input. So a total of 3 digital and 1 analog tuner.
If I connect my cable wire to WMC I can get QAM channels - normally have to map them manually.
If I connect the same cable wire directly to my television, it will scan the channels and it will display both digital and analog channels.
On channel 50 on my tv I get the FOOD Network. But when I try to add 50 through WMC I get static. In WMC I am adding it as a regular channel because I believe it is analog. The same goes with other analog stations.
Am I doing something wrong in WMC? How should I narrow it down to either the analog tuner going bad or something with WMC?
Thanks.
