Well that's kind of my point. I agree that Skyrim is quiet, and now I cannot play it without the SoS mods. They add much better ambiance and immersion with the sounds, try it out, totally worth it.

Someone list the worthwhile Skyrim mods so I can look back on this when it hits the $10 price point.

Don't forget Amazon still has a decent sale too. On the fence for the Fear series.

Good, you'll like it, it's a good series of mods. When you first run the game after installing the mods, a window will pop up (in game) and you can choose individual elements to enable or not.

Another good mod is Midas Magic.

Looks like the Steam Summer Sale will be starting this Thursday, All signs point to it. Particularly the fact that the Midweek Madness deals are ending at 10am Thursday instead of the normal 4pm. I would say my wallet is not ready, but most things on my wishlist are passing interests at the moment and would have to be crazy cheap for me to buy them.

Sweet! Just remember you are accountable. biggrin.gif

I think I got alot of the games I wanted from previous sales, but never hurts to find a few gems for sale. Might end up gifting games more than buying games for myself, but we'll see. My wallet still holds a grudge against me though. frown.gif

Awesome. I'm probably going to pick up FF7 and play through it... again. I'd also like to get the new Civ V expansion, but I doubt it'll go on sale.

Some others I'm looking out for:

Skyrim expansions (finally finished the campaign at over 80 hours of playtime)
Surgeon Simulator

I still have the 2 new Far Cry on my list.
Metro Last Light. Was hoping they would put a free one with the new 770s. But nada
Few indie games that I have a passing interest in, not real important.
More Rocksmith DLC so I don't go broke at $3 a pop.

I picked up Dead Space 3 earlier during an Origin sale and have been really enjoying it. It looks quite nice for a console port too. Really impressive lighting effects and runs smoothly at 60fps.

I would say yes. I got it a while back for $30 and only slightly regret that price, for $16 I wouldn't regret it, it was worth a playthrough

Loved Crysis 2, although some people didn't because it's more of a console, "Halo-ish" FPS.

I love the balance between using the Nanosuit for stealth sneaking (right bumper on the gamepad) or armor combat (left bumper), and the ability to quickly switch back and forth, depending on the situation. The good news is this carries forward with Crysis3, and adds the bow w/ different arrows that can be fired from stealth - very cool. cool.gif

C3 is a tweeked continuation of C2, so I would suggest playing them in order.

I wouldn't even lump it in with Halo. That suit business is cool.
