Leak in foundation, tiny crack, what product?

Hey guys, I have 2 hair line cracks in my foundation and when it rains very hard they just barley leak, perhaps a cup or 2 of water from either crack after an entire days worth of rain. I tried fixing them with some epoxy that I got at home depot and this made it much better but they still just barley leak. My question is should I get the kit that you much make the crack bigger and fill it with the cement (Quickrete I believe) or get the more expensive kit that uses injection ports to inject epoxy into the tiny crack. Any suggestions would be great, Id rather get the cement that you mix and put on the wall because it is about $125 less but I dont want to buy it and have to do something else anyway. Thanks for the help.

Leaking foundations is a frequent topic here an one fundamental principle is that you should attack this problem first on the outside of the house by directing water away from the foundation, If you can't keep it away you should put a water proof membrane system on the exterior of the foundation.

Fixing the crack just sends a message to the water god's to find another way in.
