Jon Snow, Dany, and the final scene were pretty well done, but I thought it was kind of a poor episode overall. I did like the added Jaime scene. Interested in what the non-readers thought.

A little too much exposition but overall I liked it just fine. I've said this before but I get the feeling that the first half of the season is set up for a lot of action in the second half. They're getting the back story in right now and doing a damn good job of it.

Ghost made an appearence.

All the surviving wolves with the exception of Rickon's had a scene this week.

I think you mean Rickon - Tommen is Joffrey's younger brother.

LOL was I the only one thinking "Run Imp!" When Lady Stark started naming those that are loyal to the Starks?...and they didn't hesitate either. Poor Imp, but I'm still not sure if he's totally innocent.

Some were loyal to the Stark house and others to Lady Cat's family house.

For those of you who think many of the characters seem to be predictable and standard archtypes of the fantasy genre, I'll give you this. Many do start out this way, thats the great thing about this story, as you get to know them more and more they become much less transparent, predictable and multi dimensional as the story and plot thickens. If you stick with it, you'll be surprised at what many of the characters evolve into and how they change through the course of this tale. I assure you this is one of the most popular modern works of fantasy for good reason. Have patience. It'll pay off in spades.

You're right, but I'm guessing that was a bad move on her part...arresting the queen's brother with no real evidence. She should've just questioned him a bit about the dagger.

Viserys Targaryen needs to be put in his place.

A bit too much expositionary dialogue in this one, but still pretty enjoyable for me.

I'm loving this show too. The Imp is by far my favorite character.

This show keeps getting better for me. I'm excited for next weekend since we are able to watch the following weeks episode a week early on HBO Go.

Peter Dinklage is a terrific actor, check out some of his other roles.

Definitely some action this episode! I watched the final scene three times!

It flew by. I couldn't believe it when the credits started.

That's how I know it's about to end, every time it gets really interesting, the credits roll.
