Remember how they brutally stabbed Talisa in the stomach. It was more important that the fetus was killed than the mother.
+1

IIRC, Joffrey staged their deaths with the corpses of the 2 farm boys.
So, officially, they are both dead as far as Westeros is concerned.

Myself, I thought the stabbing of Talisa was as much about the fetus as it was doing it in front of Robb .. as retaliation for sticking with Talisa rather than the Frey he was supposed to marry.
I think it was a little of both.

Yes, I edited my post after thinking it thru for a moment .. and it was Theon that staged the deaths ..

As a fan of the show, i thought this past season was spectacular, my favorite so far. I can't wait for the rest of the seasons to play out. I have never read the books so i have no notions on how the show will go. If i had to write an outcome, it would include the following:
No singular ruler. They don't survive lately and i doubt anyone (including Dany and those dragons) are strong enough to take and keep the throne. I think a unifying of the realm involving key members from various families works. Dany, Tyrion, Bran, Edric (i know he is a bastard but if Dany can free slaves, she can give standing to bastards), and Asha Greyjoy.

The dragons all die during various battles
Arya becomes an Assassin and protector to the realm
Jaime Lannister lives and gets together with the she-hulk
Cersei, Joffrey, and Tywin all die
Theon dies (quickly please)
Sansa dies (she's weak and stupid)
The hound lives
Stannis dies at the hand of the red witch who in turn is murdered by Davos
White walkers are defeated (but not totally eliminated) and the "Wizard" becomes the new leader of the Knight's Watch, while John Snow stays on as the main fighter
Bolton and Frey both die, hopefully slowly and they don't see it coming
Littlefinger lives but is put in his place

While i'm sure most of this will not happen, it's fun to think about.

I've always pictured Westeros as a country divided into states .. kinda like the USA .. wink.gif

Dorne is mostly desert, the North is large but harsh and thinly populated ..

LOL. That counts as armor in most video games and comic books!

PS. Is this the same woman? Who is she and why is she always in "armor"?
Nah not the same woman. Just a few women who like to dress up in Armor is all.

Allow me to be the first to welcome this new and broader definition of the word "armor" to the forum.

It's not a new definition.

The bikini has been standard issue female armor since Frank Frazetta picked up a paint brush. It's a strategic choice. Attackers are so distracted that they can barely hit their target.
Why is "shift" the vulgar word for dung? Don't get that.

Fair point.

However, I don't think our cute little model would meet ole Frankies' requirements for posterious maximus.

I guess because if you drop the "f" in shift you get our vulgar word for dung. I thought it was a little weak too. There's enough creativity behind this story to have a better word, but since this show does so little wrong I just let it go.

No, no, NO! Only Sansa is silly/sheltered enough to not know that the word is ****. She's just saying it wrong. Hence Tyrions' "****-eating" grin as he looks away.

Thats good to know as I hate made up words that emulate profanities. Like frak.

But, to be fair, Tyrion has a shift eating grin most of the time anyway.
