Hi all, I'm in the process of putting a system in my bedroom, already have awesome system for LR. My bedroom is approx 15' x 15' and need to get small speakers with a low budget, my wife will kill me if I go overboard. I purchased an Onkyo tx-sr 707 from BB open box for under $200 and Klipsch HD-500 speaker system. The speakers need to be at -30 - 40 db to hear anything, the sub is way underpowered. I appreciate any advice anyone wants to give me, I do not have a dollar amount set but want a good system. I do not need to shake house, my LR set up is Onkyo tx-sr 608 with BIC Acoustech PL-76 system with PL-200 sub, now that really does shake the house. Thanks.
